A native Washingtonian and licensed real estate agent for more than 25 years, Richard is the principal and broker of record for Clark Realty Brokerage. Throughout his career with the Clark Companies, he has developed, built, or sold more than $700 million of real estate here and across the country. Yeah, we think that’s a big deal, too, which is why he’s responsible for all operations of the firm. What’s in it for you? A diverse background in both commercial and residential real estate and the ability to advise clients with a global understanding of business. Richard holds an MBA from the College of William & Mary and enjoys chauffeuring his kids to football, soccer, and lacrosse practices as time permits (or as directed by his lovely wife). You should also see him balance an iPad and hit a 9-iron 140 yards.

If you haven’t been to Cox Farm Fall Festival, I’m terribly sorry,
"Your agent, Stephanie Anderson, is the most responsive agent I have had the opportunity to work with. She responded to my email inquiry within 10 minutes…and was so professional and helpful and asked the right questions, that the process of explaining what I needed was done within a few short minutes….and she proceeded to take care of what I needed... Her personal follow-up call to me sealed it for me – she treats people the way I do – customer first and with a positive attitude in the voice….and by the way, she didn’t know I was a realtor."
